These villas are located near the small fishing village of Agios Nikolaos, which is also known to the locals as the original Selinitsa (village, settlement).

The village wakes up early in the morning when the first fishing boats bring freshly caught fish to the harbor. Apart from the traditional taverns where local specialties and fish are served, modern restaurants and cafes also convince with their offer. 

Especially in the evening, this small village develops a very special charm.

Very close to the village is the beautiful sandy / stone beach of Pantazi 
with sunbeds, umbrellas and beach service. 
Other small bays and rocky beaches are on the way to Agios Dimitrios and Trahila, other quiet small villages right on the sea.
