Home of Casiopaia: The chic property with a beautiful garden, flower beds and 30 olive trees is located on the outskirts of Tzokeika Village, a traditionally built village. You reach the house via a small path at the entrance to the village from the main road. 2 cars can park in the driveway. The entire property is 1,000 square meters and is quietly surrounded by olive groves. The property has several terraces,

a balcony and a roof terrace from which you can enjoy

the spectacular sunsets over the Messenian Gulf while sipping an aperitif.

The lower floor consists of a chic eat-in kitchen with dining table, sofa and a small bathroom

with shower and toilet. On the upper floor, which can be reached by a beautiful stone staircase,

is the bedroom and another bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom leads to a balcony

with mountain and sea views and to the outside staircase to the large roof terrace with spectacular views

of mountains and sea. You can reach the nearest beautiful beach

with a taverna on foot in 5 minutes through an olive grove.

This stone house is located near the small fishing village of Agios Nikolaos, which is also known among the locals as the original Selinitsa (village, settlement).

The village wakes up early in the morning when the first fishing boats bring freshly caught fish into the harbour. In addition to traditional taverns where local specialties and fish are served, modern restaurants and coffee houses also convince with their offer.

Especially in the evening, this small village develops a very special charm.

Very close to the village is the beautiful sand/stone beach Pantazi
with sunbeds, umbrellas and beach service.
Other small bays and rocky beaches are on the way to Agios Dimitrios and Trahila, other tranquil small villages directly on the sea.
