​This villa is located near the small fishing village of Agios Nikolaos, which is also known among the locals as the original Selinitsa (village, settlement).

The village wakes up early in the morning when the first fishing boats bring freshly caught fish into

the harbour. In addition to traditional taverns where local specialties and fish are served, modern restaurants and coffee houses also convince with their offer.

Especially in the evening, this small village develops a very special charm.

Very close to the village is the beautiful sand/stone beach Pantazi 
with sunbeds, umbrellas and beach service.
